When can I shop Crown's online store?

You're welcome to shop whenever you'd like. Our online store is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Your purchase will be processed and shipped within two to five business days after you place your order.

Payment

What are my payment options?

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards as well as Visa- and Mastercard-branded debit cards.

When will my order be charged to my credit card?

While your order is processed, an authorization hold (also known as a pending charge) will be placed on your credit or debit card for the amount of the purchase. We do not charge your credit card until your items are ready to ship. If your order is sent in multiple shipments, only the items that have shipped will be charged to your card.

What shipping options are available?

Crown uses a variety of carriers and will use the most appropriate delivery method based on the weight and shipping destination of your online order. Items on the same order may be shipped separately from more than one fulfillment location to help facilitate prompt delivery. Shipping charges will be split across multiple shipments when they occur but will not result in any additional shipping charges.

Where do you ship?

We offer shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. To purchase Crown products in other locations, contact your nearest dealer for more information.

What is your return policy?

Returns will not be accepted without Crown’s prior written authorization. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as any handling, restocking and related fees associated with the return, as determined by Crown in its sole discretion.
